We serve Chattanooga and approximately 60 miles around it — Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia. Travel surcharges apply beyond 15 miles.

All of them. Ages 6 through 60+ in the same event. Mixed-age groups are where we shine — games are designed so athletic ability and age don't determine how much fun you have.

Every package includes trained Game Guides, all game equipment and props, complete setup and teardown, and active facilitation. You provide the location and guests. Nothing else.

We don't discount packages, but offer Founders Pricing for early clients, volume pricing for schools and corporate series, and experience configuration adjustments to fit your budget.

Signature (25 guests): ~40x40 feet outdoors or equivalent indoor. We adapt to backyards, parking lots, parks, gyms, church halls. Share your space dimensions and we'll confirm.

Book as soon as your date is confirmed. Weekend spring/summer dates fill 4–6 weeks in advance. Weekday and fall/winter dates are more flexible. Founders Pricing: earlier booking = better rate.

Yes — we come to you. We load all equipment, drive to your location, set up, run the event, and load out. You choose the location; we handle everything else.

Minimum: 10 people. Standard packages go up to 35 guests. Groups 35–200+ use custom multi-zone configurations. No hard maximum for festivals.

Yes. We set up at parks, church grounds, hotel lawns, rec centers, school fields, corporate campuses, and rented event spaces — anywhere with adequate footprint and vehicle access.

Oversized physical skill games, puzzle and logic stations, cooperative team builds, and competitive relay formats. Game selection is customized to your event.

The Signature Theme System wraps the event in a narrative arc. Every game becomes a mission. The event builds to a dramatic Hero Game finale. 30+ themes available, chosen during your planning call.

Screen-free means all activities are physical, social, and real-world. Screens create parallel isolation. Physical play creates genuine connection. When something compelling is happening in real life, phones stay in pockets.

Yes. Every game has built-in ADA-accessible modes. Wheelchair-accessible layouts, seated participation, and sensory accommodations are standard. Nobody needs to disclose anything to participate fully.

Yes. All equipment inspected before and after every event. No sharp edges, non-toxic finishes. Game Guides trained in safety protocols and maintain supervision throughout.

Yes. General liability insurance covers all events. COI naming your organization as additional insured available upon request. Also W-9 and vendor registration documentation.

14+ days: deposit retained, balance refunded. 7–13 days: 50% refund or 100% credit. Under 7 days: non-refundable, credit at discretion. Same day: no refund, no credit. Credits valid 6 months.

We monitor forecasts 48 hours out. Lightning, winds 25+ mph, or severe weather = pause or reschedule. Indoor backup available = we pivot and continue. No indoor option = full 6-month event credit. Weather reschedules by AE are always penalty-free.

Deposit at booking holds your date and locks your rate. Balance due before event. Credit/debit, ACH, check accepted. Net-30 for corporate accounts by written agreement.

Yes. 7+ days out: no charge, deposit and rate carry over. Under 7 days: $150 fee may apply. Weather reschedules by AE: always completely penalty-free.
