We are a fully facilitated mobile play experience. Game Guides arrive early, build the arcade environment, run every game, and pack up when it's done. You don't touch equipment. You don't manage anything.

Booking & Policies

14+ days: deposit retained, balance refunded. 7–13 days: 50% refund or 100% credit. Under 7 days: non-refundable, credit at discretion. Same day: no refund, no credit. Credits valid 6 months.

We monitor forecasts 48 hours out. Lightning, winds 25+ mph, or severe weather = pause or reschedule. Indoor backup available = we pivot and continue. No indoor option = full 6-month event credit. Weather reschedules by AE are always penalty-free.
